**About the Role** CTV Media is looking for a strategic, growth\-minded Media Strategy Supervisor to lead cross\-screen planning across linear TV and streaming and help drive new business. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, client development, and media planning: you'll shape integrated TV and streaming plans for local, regional, and national clients, lead pitches and proposals for prospective accounts, and guide planning work from first brief through launch. You'll partner closely with account management, broadcast buying, and analytics to make sure strategy turns into strong execution and measurable results. Strategic thinking, persuasive communication, and deep knowledge of the TV and streaming landscape are essential.
