You'll be the internal expert on compensation structure, payroll accuracy, and benefits strategy, running a flawless day-to-day payroll operations, you will also act as a key point of contact for employees, managers, HR, Finance, and external payroll providers, ensuring payroll and compensation data is accurate, processes are well controlled, and employee queries are resolved efficiently.
