You will bring structure to a fast\-moving, high\-growth organization, working cross\-functionally across Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance, R\&D/Quality, Operations, and external manufacturing partners to ensure projects move forward with clear ownership, timelines, dependencies, and accountability.
