What We Offer: The Regional Manager of Medical Staff Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for Medical Staff Operations across an assigned region. This role ensures regulatory compliance, effective medical staff governance, provider readiness, operational excellence, and an exceptional provider experience. Serving as the primary liaison between facility leadership, physician and APP leaders, Medical Staff leadership, and Credentialing and Medical Staff Operations (CMSO) teams, the Manager drives collaboration, resolves complex operational issues, and advances organizational priorities. The Manager is accountable for regional performance and consistent execution of system\-wide CMSO standards and initiatives. This role leads team development, provider onboarding readiness, accreditation preparedness, risk management, process improvement, and change initiatives while supporting growth, integrations, facility transitions, and other strategic priorities across the region.
