### **Assignment Overview** * Shift: Days, 3x12hrs * Hours: 36 hrs/wk * Start Date: Oct 9, 2026 * Length: 13 weeks * Openings: 1 ### **Description** American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Pulmonary Step Down/PCU position requiring ventilator, telemetry, and tracheostomy experience at a Level I Trauma Center. ### **Details** * Pulmonary Step Down Unit caring for patients requiring mechanical ventilation * PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown work setting * Average patient ratio of 1:3 * Day shift schedule, 3x12 hour shifts (7:00\-19:00\) * Every other weekend required * No on\-call requirements * Floating required within scope to meet facility needs * Epic EMR experience required ### **Requirements** * Active CT or Compact RN license required prior to start date * Minimum 2 years of RN experience required (1\.5 years accepted if from a Level I trauma center or large hospital) * Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS * ICU/Vent/Tele/Tracheostomy experience required * Ventilator experience is a hard requirement * Trauma Center experience at a large facility required * Skills required: IV therapy/phlebotomy, blood product administration, central and peripheral line care, respiratory care including...
