**SET PAY RATE:** $18\.24/ Hour **Shift:** **Monday \- Friday 6:30am\-11:00am** Under the supervision of the Project Manager and on\-site Supervisor, the Custodian performs general cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure that assigned facilities remain clean, safe, and well\-maintained. Secondary supervision is provided by the Contracts Administrator. **What you will do** * Clean offices, common areas, restrooms, and public spaces * Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces * Empty trash and replenish restroom supplies * Clean windows, glass, mirrors, walls, elevators, and other building surfaces * Spot clean carpets and perform floor care as needed * Assist with furniture setup and breakdown for special events * Remove snow and ice from walkways (when required) * Safely use cleaning equipment and supplies * Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards * Follow all safety policies and contract requirements **Why You’ll Love Working Here:** * **Medical plan starting at $13\.80/mo.
