The Skunk Trainis looking for outgoing individuals with an aptitude for fun and hard work to join the crew as a **Railbike Operations Manager.** The Railbike Operations Manager is responsible for overall leadership, operations, and performance of the Railbike experience in Fort Bragg and Willits. This position oversees safety, daily operations, staff leadership, guest satisfaction, equipment readiness, and financial performance while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, policies, standards, and procedures.
