**Job Summary** Manages project controls program and activities, including prime contract management, scheduling, cost control and contract change management for one District or Mega Project. **Job** **Responsibilities** * Reviews and analyzes contract management records to provide technical advice or project control guidance. * Oversees cost controls reporting and reconciliation of project cost reporting for one District or Mega Project and provides District or Project reporting to Project Controls Director for Division level reports. * Oversees scheduling process and support for District or Mega Project, including bid phase and project schedule creation, monthly reporting and schedule update, * Supports integration of Company systems to track, monitor and control costs or schedule.
