**Overview:** The External Care Management (ECM) Compliance and Risk Management team partners with regional utilization management teams and leaders across ECM Strategy, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to establish and sustain a consistent, enterprise\-wide compliance program. This role leads the collection, standardization, and development of policies, procedures, training, and regulatory resources; coordinates filings, implementation milestones, audits, and accreditation activities; oversees delegated vendors and external care management entities; and manages risk assessments, corrective action plans, and executive reporting. The position also monitors emerging federal and state requirements, including Mental Health Parity and nonquantitative treatment limitation obligations, to promote regulatory alignment, operational readiness, and timely issue resolution.**Job Summary:** Serves as a consultant to ensure the alignment, buy\-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of successful business initiatives and projects.
