Provide comprehensive administrative, compliance, and project support across construction \& project management operations. The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining accurate project documentation, supporting procurement project buyout, and ensuring compliance with all prevailing wage labor requirements. Additionally, this role keeps project management software tools updated to enable Construction Operations Manager to focus on high\-level execution, systems and implementation. * Support tracking, maintaining, organizing, and executing all required prevailing wage, union, and regulatory compliance steps across the project lifecycle * Support project management team by submitting timely purchase requests and communicating to the construction operations manager when sourcing would impact project plan * Issue buyout package once vendors and pricing are finaled * Collaborate with logistics for all buyout package material receiving * Support accounts payable invoicing receipt, posting and job reconciling including all purchase order workflow requirements are met through project completion * Remind team of outstanding tasks and due dates relating to buyout package and ...
