Sterling Salon Holdings LLC is seeking an experienced, hands\-on Shop Manager to lead the daily operations of one of our five Drybar locations throughout the DMV. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys people, operations, and business performance. Our Shop Managers are responsible for building strong teams, delivering an exceptional client experience, maintaining high standards, and driving the overall performance of the shop.
