**Location:** Vancouver, WA **Department:** Day Warehouse **Work Arrangement:** On\-Site **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Salary Range:** $80,200 **The Role:** The Odom Corporation is seeking a Day Warehouse Supervisor for the Vancouver, WA warehouse. This role supervises and trains the day warehouse employees. They are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all warehouse functions including receiving, stocking, loading of trucks, training of employees, discipline and terminations, and facility and equipment maintenance. They provide leadership, guidance, and quality assurance to the warehouse team. **Essential Duties \& Responsibilities** include but are not limited to: * Works alongside employees using positive motivation to achieve daily tasks. * Understands and utilizes company specific computer systems and software to direct and control workflow. * Sets and communicates daily and weekly goals for employees and monitors results. * Manages inventory, order accuracy, and employee overtime. * Maintains a safe and clean warehouse. * Daily loads or unloads delivery trucks. * Reads and efficiently works the customers pick sheets to accurately determine items to be gathe...
