**CAREER DETAILS:** **CAREER TITLE:** Field Training and Development Supervisor **LOCATION**: AYW Headquarters, Austin, TX **DIVISION:** Field Operations **DEPARTMENT:** Conservation Corps **POSITION REPORTS TO:** Conservation and Disaster Program Manager **POSITION SUPERVISES:** Program Participants **CLASSIFICATION:** Regular, Full\-time, Non\-Exempt **POSITION PURPOSE:** The Conservation and Disaster Field and Training Supervisor I provides direct supervision, training, development, and logistical support to crews of AmeriCorps members during their term of service.
