**Position Summary** ==================== The Director Treasury \& Investor Relations will lead the Treasury and Investor Relations function and its team, with responsibility for financing strategy, liquidity, capital markets execution, investor relations, insurance coordination for debt raises, and location strategy and real estate execution for network assets, tightly aligned with debt and capital structure strategy. The role will advise executive leadership on capital structure, capital allocation, investor positioning, and enterprise value creation, translating complex strategies into clear communications for lenders, investors, analysts, and the Board. A central priority is developing and executing asset\-backed securitization (ABS) financing for Fiber to the Home (FTTH) assets, from financing strategy and collateral analysis through lender and investor engagement, diligence, structuring, and closing.
