Almac Group is currently seeking a Director, Commercial Supply Services for our Audubon, PA location. The Director, Commercial Supply Services is a key member of the Almac Audubon site leadership team responsible for managing client service activities related to forecasting, order processing, product supply and new product introduction as well as overall client relationship management. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** * Serve as a key member of the Site Leadership Team and Global Management Team. Work closely with the global internal network to ensure processes and practices for client management, order delivery and New Product Introduction at the Audubon site are fully aligned with global standards. * Provide direct input to site and global S\&OP process. Work closely with the global Finance team to ensure site forecasts and delivery performance are controlled, monitored, and reported accurately. * Lead discussions with other members of the management team to agree the action plan and communication strategy related to any client delivery issues at the site. * Sponsor key client relationships playing a lead role in the preparation for key business meetings inclu...
