**Job Summary** The Project Manager / Estimator is a self\-starter, leader, and decision maker who manages construction projects and provides estimation support for Tikigaq Federal Services, LLC. The position requires travel to remote Alaska locations and working knowledge of Alaska construction methods, seasonal constraints, and material logistics (barge, air cargo, ice road, and overland). When not in the field, the incumbent reports to the Anchorage office. The role manages government and commercial construction contracts, including billing, negotiations with contracting entities, project coordination, scheduling, work\-plan development, and project tracking.
