**SUMMARY:** The Retail Banking Manager is responsible for leading a cluster of 3 or more branches in meeting their branch financial objectives (e.g. growth, profitability). Leads retail branch teams to meet sales goals, mitigate risks, and provide Right By You client service. Responsible for effective partnerships with BDOs, Credit, Trust, LPL, Mortgage, Business Solutions, Area Operations, and other corporate divisions. Must be effective at sales management, business development, and leadership.**PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:*** Develop and implement a sales plan for assigned branches. Follow the Bank’s sales management process and defined timeline for sales management activities. Utilize Bank sales tracking tools. Inspect team sales activities and pipeline information. Engage with sales partners by joint calling and participation in sales meetings and training events. * Provide leadership and direction to assigned Branch Managers and Office Managers.
