Haight is an 88 year old law firm with FIVE offices in California. The candidate will oversee accounting personnel and ensure a culture of communication, mentoring, and team work within the group, engage in meaningful interaction with staff and the management team, and exhibit leadership skills within the organization such as initiative, dedication to firm, excellence in work, high standards, motivating, and desire to gain more knowledge of the firm.
