Description: **JOB SUMMARY** Under the direction of the Senior AR Manager, the Database Support Services Specialist will assist the Support Services Supervisor within the specified timelines accurately create and maintain various files, assist with research and resolution of billing inaccuracies related to billing software and formats. Test new software and software upgrades. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Process insurance filing status reports generated via billing software, vendor, and clearinghouse to identify program table maintenance needed to solve billing inaccuracies, and communicate significant billing inaccuracies as they are identified, and report resolution progress to MPS management. * Set up, implement, and test new software programs, and software upgrades. * Maintain carrier listings by client. * Assist MPS staff to troubleshoot and/or report software, hardware, and other office equipment malfunctions.
