Position will also oversee warehousing and inventory control for certain district supplies. In addition, the position will work with the Purchasing department to procure the district's goods and services. **Essential Functions:** * Ensure that all purchased materials and products are received as ordered and delivered in a timely manner. * Manage district's mail including timely sorting and delivery of incoming mail and preparing outgoing letters and packages for postage and shipment with the appropriate carrier. * Supervise, assist, train, and evaluate direct reports including hiring and directing daily workflow.
