The Senior Industrial Engineer is focused on optimizing operation processes by eliminating waste in production processes, and developing ways to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. Leveraging advanced industrial engineering knowledge and a strong understanding of Lean principles, this role drives continuous improvement initiatives. The Senior Industrial Engineer leverages experience and judgment to strategically plan, drive improvements, and achieve goals. This role entails collaborative strategic planning with cross\-functional teams and a results\-oriented approach to accomplish objectives.
