Duties Description Under the direction of the Operations Manager (Manager Info Tech Services 1\), SG\-27 the Information Technology Architect 1, SG\-25, will serve as the Cloud Operations Lead overseeing the Cloud Operations team and will help guide the agency’s existing and future cloud implementations. The individual will provide guidance and expertise in assisting with data, infrastructure and security governance within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS). The incumbent will ensure the reliability and best practices for all cloud based: data services, virtual computing, storage, backup and disaster recovery infrastructure, security protocols, access management, fiscal management, and more in a hybrid cloud setting.
