To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a motivated, reliable professional to join our team as a Training Manager within the Operations Control Center (OCC). This position is responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s dispatch curriculum, supervising dispatch training of new hires, Coordinators, Supervisors, and recurrent training and testing. The successful candidate will have a valid Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) dispatch certificate, excellent knowledge and experience with a Flight Operations Suite, and a minimum of five years of experience with a Part 121 airline’s operation center.
