We've built a devoted following across our six Toronto locations, and we're opening our first New York City cafe in the West Village! We're looking for the person who will run it. The role The General Manager is the owner of the store\-level business. You'll build and lead the team, deliver the nutbar guest experience, hold uncompromising product and operational standards, and drive the financial performance of the location. This is a hands\-on, on\-the\-floor leadership role. It's also a founding role: you're opening our first US location and helping establish the operational foundation for everything that follows. What you'll own People and team development. Recruit, hire, onboard and train a high\-performing team. Run weekly one\-on\-ones, coach in real time during service, address performance issues promptly, and build a bench of future leaders. Retention and engagement are yours. Guest experience and sales.
