**JOB DESCRIPTION** J.P. Morgan is seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands\-on leader to oversee our Executive and Employee Social Media program, with LinkedIn as the primary platform. This Executive Director will set strategy, establish governance and controls, and drive measurable advocacy and thought leadership outcomes, while also rolling up their sleeves to create content, coach senior leaders, and operate the program day\-to\-day with a team.
