**Position Summary:** The FP\&A Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the organization’s financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision\-making processes. This position will partner closely with business leaders across operations, sales, supply chain, and accounting to provide actionable financial insights, develop forecasts, analyze performance, and support the achievement of corporate financial objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen and the ability to communicate financial information to non\-financial stakeholders. **Key Responsibilties:** Financial Planning \& Forecasting * Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts. * Support the annual budget process and long\-range strategic planning initiatives. * Analyze trends impacting revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and cash flow. * Prepare scenario analyses and sensitivity models to support management decisions.
