Overview: The Area Safety Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing safety performance across an assigned geographic region or portfolio of construction projects. This role ensures the consistent implementation of corporate safety programs, policies, and procedures while driving continuous improvement in jobsite safety, regulatory compliance, and risk reduction. The Area Safety Manager provides strategic leadership to **Senior Safety Managers**, supports project and operations leadership, and serves as a key liaison between field teams and the Director of EH\&S. This position requires frequent travel to active project sites for audits, coaching, safety planning, training, and safety campaign execution. Responsibilities also include supporting new site mobilization related to safety setup, signage, supplies, and safety documentation structure. **Location \& Travel Details:** You’ll get the opportunity to travel across the US, helping our team build infrastructure projects. **This is a traveling position, up to 100% of the time.
