**Accounts Receivable \& Client Services Specialist** We are a growing, family\-owned fuel supply and transportation company looking for an **Accounts Receivable / Billing \& Client Services Specialist** to join our team. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working with numbers, following up on outstanding balances, talking with customers, and keeping things moving when the phones start ringing. This is a hands\-on position for someone who can **own AR while also being willing to jump in and help with phones, scheduling, and day\-to\-day customer service.** **What You'll Do** **Accounts Receivable \& Billing** * Monitor customer accounts and outstanding balances * Follow up with customers regarding past\-due invoices and payment status * Post and apply customer payments accurately * Research payment discrepancies, credits, short pays, and account issues * Communicate with customers regarding invoices, statements, payments, and account questions * Assist with billing, rebilling, credits, and account maintenance * Keep detailed notes and follow\-up reminders on customer accounts * Help maintain accurate customer records in QuickBooks **Phones, Scheduling \& Customer Service*...
