Description: Value Dry Waterproofing is looking for a warm, energetic and community\-focused Junior Business Development Specialist to help strengthen our existing referral partnerships and develop new professional relationships throughout Northern Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC. This is not a high\-pressure sales position. It is a relationship\-driven role for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, connecting businesses and representing a trusted company in the community. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, hardworking, highly trainable and comfortable working independently in the field. This is a primarily remote, field\-based position. The employee will work from home when not attending networking events, partner meetings, presentations or community activities. Regular local travel is required, along with occasional visits to our Odenton, Maryland office.
