**Pillar Health is seeking a Senior Clinic Operations Manager to lead its New Racine Location!** **POSITION SUMMARY** The Senior Clinic Operations Manager serves as the senior operational leader for the organization’s largest and most complex clinic location. This role is accountable for full\-site operational performance across integrated service lines including medical, dental, behavioral health, and psychiatry. The Senior Manager translates organizational strategy into site\-level execution and ensures achievement of financial, operational, quality, access, and patient experience targets. This position leads a multidisciplinary leadership team and drives operational standardization, workforce optimization, regulatory readiness, and continuous performance improvement.
