The **Account Manager** is responsible for building and growing a high\-impact merchant territory across the Western U.S. In this remote role, you will develop new business, strengthen strategic customer relationships, and connect merchants, printers, end users, and internal experts to bring pressure\-sensitive products and programs to market. Key accountabilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, guiding products and programs from concept through launch, and serving as a trusted connection among end customers, printers, merchant customers, and within Mactac/Spinnaker. Additionally, this role will also grow an assigned customer base through training, business reviews, customer and end\-user visits, and other sales activities aligned with segment and company objectives.
