This professional position serves as both a member of a multi\-disciplinary team to survey long\-term care facilities for compliance with state and federal regulations, and as an independent complaint investigator. This position will qualify for telecommuter status once training is complete. *The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck.
