We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can bring structure, organization, and follow through to the marketing behind our new community lease ups. This role will help coordinate the moving pieces that take a community from early development through market launch and beyond. The Opportunity In this position, you’ll take ownership of marketing coordination across multiple communities at different stages of development. You’ll manage timelines, track deliverables, anticipate upcoming needs, and work across Development, Operations, onsite teams, Marketing, and external partners to keep projects moving forward. From branding and renderings to signage, websites, photography, and launch materials, you’ll have visibility into the full lease up marketing process and help ensure the right people, assets, and decisions come together at the right time.
