**Würth Wood Group** is seeking a motivated and experienced **Warehouse Operations Manager** to lead our distribution operation at our branch in **Raleigh, NC**. As a **Warehouse Manager,** you are responsible for the execution of all the daily activities required to run a highly effective Distribution Warehouse. In this role you will recruit, train, and schedule work hours to support a flexible operations schedule while maintaining strict, budgeted headcount and hours control. You will maintain a safe and healthy work environment for your employees by adhering to all OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT, and safety regulations and guidelines. You will be accountable for providing 100% customer satisfaction by offering same day shipment and ensure accuracy, proper packaging, and the use of efficient transportation modes. You will also be responsible for all warehouse assets including, but not limited to, inventory accuracy, daily inventory cycle counts and equipment and facility maintenance.
