**Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee landscape projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating various landscaping tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. **Duties** \- Plan, organize, and manage landscape projects from inception to completion \- Work closely with the project foreman and crew \- Coordination of subcontractors, crew, inspectors and job site deliveries \- Can layout and supervise the installation of retaining walls, pavers, plants, sod, etc. \- Ensure compliance with project specifications, budget, and timelines \-Work with both residential and commercial clients **Skills** \- Proficiency in landscape design, construction, and maintenance \- Strong leadership and supervisory skills \- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously \- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities \- Knowledge of front end docs, submittals, quotes and budgets for commercial work Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $50,000\.00 \- $75,000\.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) 4% Match License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: * Shelby Charter Township, MI 48317 (Re...
