At ESS our motto is, “Every day counts!” We take opportunities every day to grow and better our company as well as our employees. **OVERVIEW:** The Account Manager is responsible for managing the overall daily operations, activities, and staff throughout **Barrow County School System**, acting as a liaison between ESS staff members, school district administrators and the corporate office to ensure the delivery of quality services. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct site visits and meetings with ESS clients within the district * Serve as point of contact with each client and ESS management in all matters relating to contract and account operations * Manage and motivate staff, including recruiting, hiring, firing, disciplinary management, and recognition duties. * Assist with presentations to the school board of education * Train, direct, and appraise staff * Make daily schedules for proper manpower utilization * Develop and implement recruiting efforts for clients, such as job fairs and special hiring events * Provide exceptional customer service by providing solutions to issues in a professional and empathetic manner * Other duties as assigned by Regional Manager ...
