GENERAL SUMMARY The Hilton Accounting Manager is the lead financial partner supporting the local management team at DeZURIK’s Redmond location, working directly with the Corporate Controller to ensure the accuracy of financial records. This role is responsible for plant\-level accounting activities, including cost accounting, monthly close, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and budgeting and forecasting, in partnership with local leadership to drive strong financial performance and operational discipline. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) * Partner with local Redmond management on all operational and strategic processes that impact financial performance and accounting results. * Summarize and analyze the current status of financial statements for presentation to and discussion with management. * Execute all Redmond finance activities, including monthly close, preparation of the reporting package, and participation in the Redmond team’s Traction process. * Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing information; verify, allocate, and post transactions within the company business system. * Lead cost accounting...
