* Maintain a safe warehouse environment with required training, inspections, and timely corrective actions. * Achieve agreed targets for order accuracy, on\-time receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. * Maintain inventory accuracy through disciplined transactions, cycle counts, reconciliations, and corrective actions. * Improve warehouse productivity and throughput while controlling labor, material\-handling, and operating costs. * Ensure warehouse transactions and records are completed accurately and promptly in the ERP/WMS. * Develop a capable team through onboarding, coaching, cross\-training, performance feedback, and succession planning. * Maintain organized, clean, and efficient warehouse space that supports safe movement and effective storage. * Identify and implement process improvements that reduce errors, delays, waste, and unnecessary handling. * Collaborate effectively with Operations, Quality, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Transportation to resolve issues. * Promote compliance with company policies, HSE requirements, quality standards, and inventory\-control procedures. * Must ensure that company policies and procedures are being enforced and adhered to at all ...
