Key responsibilities include: * Driving operational excellence, revenue generation, and cost control across the assigned portfolio. * Managing, mentoring, and leading property General Managers and Interim General Managers. * Managing hotel transitions and property openings both within and outside the assigned portfolio. * Implementing, maintaining, and supporting corporate standards, processes, and procedures. * Conception, execution, and oversight of operational initiatives across properties.
