**Lead the Team That Keeps Our Plant Running** ---------------------------------------------- Step into a hands\-on leadership role where you guide a skilled maintenance crew across equipment, buildings, and grounds to keep production moving safely and efficiently. You’ll set the pace for preventive maintenance, coordinate repairs, and mentor a diverse team—so every shift ends stronger than it began. **Target shift:** 1:30 p.m.–10:30 p.m. ### **A day in this role** * Allocate work and match technician strengths to the right tasks across machinery, facilities, and grounds. * Coach, train, and motivate team members to elevate productivity, collaboration, and morale. * Own the preventive maintenance program—implement, monitor, and continuously improve it. * Partner with operations to align maintenance with production schedules and minimize downtime. * Direct emergency responses after hours to stabilize equipment, ensure safety, and restore operations. * Model strict adherence to plant maintenance policies, procedures, and safety standards. * Manage core people\-leadership duties: recruiting, onboarding, performance coaching, work planning/assignment, EEO/AA practices, and department b...
