This role is responsible for leading a team of material planners, improving planning discipline, strengthening inventory performance, and ensuring product availability while balancing customer service, working capital, excess inventory, and scrap risk. The Supply Chain Manager will partner closely with Operations, Procurement, Finance, Commercial, Manufacturing, Quality, suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders to improve supply chain visibility, standardize processes, and drive stronger business outcomes.
