**Pay:** $21–23/hour**Location:** Fully on\-site. Must reside in Texas and be able to report to the office 5 days/week. This role is NOT remote. **About the Role** ------------------ We're hiring a hands\-on Operations Coordinator to manage the daily operational, administrative, and compliance work that keeps our team running — credentialing paperwork, licensure tracking, inbox management, records reconciliation, and cross\-team coordination. This is a **generalist role**: you'll be pulled across multiple functions in a single day rather than working deep in one lane.
