We are seeking an experienced manager to lead our team, grow revenue, and take ownership of daily operations. This person will play a direct role in converting inquiries and consultations into booked treatments, packages, and memberships. They will work closely with our clinical lead to create a smooth client experience from consultation through treatment and follow\-up. What we’re looking for **1\. Relevant management experience** You have **3\+ years of management experience** in a medspa, plastic surgery practice, aesthetic dermatology practice, or a closely related cash\-pay medical aesthetics business. You know how to lead client\-facing staff, manage appointment flow, and maintain a high standard of care and service. **2\. Proven ability to close sales and run the business** You’re confident discussing services and pricing, handling objections, following up, and asking for the booking or sale.
