Responsibilities: Noblis MSD is seeking an experienced senior professional with Senior Program Management, and/or Business Development leadership experience in the NAVSEA and/or NSWC market(s). This position is intended to be a hybrid role to include operations management and business development expertise. **Responsibilities include:*** Program leadership in executing U.S. Navy missions and associated contracts within the NAVSEA and/or NSWC markets(s). * Provide program/contract management ensuring successful delivery in quality, scope, and cost management. * Incorporation of Noblis vision and strategic direction in execution of work, development of future pursuits, and insertion of new capabilites with new and existing clients. * Business development and capture management within core and adjacent markets, including within the NAVSEA and NSWC enterprise. * Build trusted relationships with Navy client stakeholders and industry partners, and identify new business opportunities. * Participate in proposal development, solutioning, and color reviews. * Facilitate with corporate leadership and shared services to streamline and improve processes and resolve complex issues.
