**Department:** Pharmacy**Union:** **Shift:** 8\-hour Shift \- Day (United States of America)**Hours Per Pay Period:** 80**Job Description:** Salary Range: 38\.69 \- $58\.09 Under the general direction of the Manager of Pharmacy Business Operations, the Pharmacy Financial Analyst serves as pharmacy financial analyst for the health system. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Business analytics and reporting and charge capture/revenue cycle. Monitors and evaluates day\-to\-day operations of business workflows, including but not limited to information systems, areas of regulatory compliance, and pharmacy billing and revenue cycle. Ensures highest levels of regulatory compliance by creating and maintaining systems of auditable records and leading internal/external audits. Prepares financial plans and makes recommendations related to technology needs/services, maximizing savings of pharmaceutical expenditures, including GPO purchasing contract compliance.
