Our growing Disaster Management Division makes BIG things happen every day. ICF is seeking a **Construction Project Manager to assist the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA)** with managing federal grants to carry out strategic and high\-impact activities to rebuild its housing stock, mitigate disaster risks, and reduce future losses in its communities. The right candidate will have experience with the **U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Community Development Block Grant Mitigation (CDBG\-MIT) and Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG\-DR) programs,** as well as expertise with other federal disaster recovery programs and applicable cross\-cutting requirements. You will work onsite with other senior staff, subject matter experts, and junior staff to develop and deliver construction processes and procedures, work with clients to develop policies, and manage all construction\-related activities in support of DOLA’s disaster recovery and mitigation efforts.
