This role balances storage capacity, inventory, labor, and customer demand while improving service, cost, and readiness during peak seasonal production. Key responsibilities: * Lead warehousing, finished goods shipping, raw fruit receiving, inventory control, production scheduling, and procurement of ingredients/supplies * Manage supervisors, administrative staff, and hourly teams; coordinate across plant, supply chain/traffic/logistics, procurement, sales, planning, and customer service * Drive operational excellence, food safety, and continuous improvement using LEAN * Maintain accuracy, throughput, and compliance with GMPs, HACC...
