**Account Manager / Technical Recruiter (Entry Level)** Remote \| 0 to 2 Years Experience \| First\-Year Target: $50K to $120K MBS Innovations is a recruiting agency focused on AI and engineering talent. We opened under nine months ago and are already past seven figures in revenue, and we're hiring to keep up. Our founder spent 18 years helping build one of the largest tech staffing agencies in America before starting his own, and he's in the trenches with the team every day rather than managing from a distance. We plan to add 20\+ people before the end of the year. **Our clients** We recruit for AI labs, the infrastructure companies much of the industry runs on, and applied AI startups growing quickly. Most are backed by well\-known venture and strategic investors. We also work with Fortune 1000 companies standing up serious AI and engineering teams for the first time. The work these companies are doing is not incremental. Some are building the models and compute everything else gets built on.
