You will act as the primary EHS authority, driving compliance, mitigating risks, and integrating safety as a fundamental business value. This role will provide hands\-on EHS leadership, partner closely with operational teams, and help drive a strong culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is someone who can balance strategic leadership with being visible in the field, build strong relationships across the organization, be a mentor to the EHS employees, and effectively lead EHS initiatives in an operational environment.
