**Job Description:** Senior Project Engineer As a Senior Project Engineer, lead the development and execution of packaging and processing solutions that support Innovation and Supply Chain initiatives. Deliver cost\-effective, high\-quality project scope definition, equipment specifications, and technical recommendations through strong cross\-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment. These roles will either be based out of Jackson, TN, Chicago, IL, Battle Creek, MI or Cary, NC. What are we looking for? * Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of work experience in a comparable technical position \- food, beverage, pharmaceutical or related industry or 15 years of relevant technical experience. * Working knowledge of engineering principles from the following disciplines: Process, Packaging, Electrical, Construction and Project Management. * Experience leading and managing projects and project teams. * Effective communication skills to convey complex and/or detailed information to a wide range of individuals and audiences with different knowledge levels. * Ability to travel approximately 50% or more depending on project demands.
